You will:

• Build a world-class team with a constant lens on diversity, belonging and inclusion
• Own full-cycle recruitment on our Operations and GTM teams
• Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality driven way
• Work in partnership with hiring managers, coordinators and other team members to build creative strategies around sourcing and attracting the best talent in a competitive market
• Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice
• Run recruitment workshops for hiring managers and interviewers
• Package and present performance and quality of hiring pipelines for main key stakeholders
• Iterate on our recruiting process

• 5+ years of experience working in a recruitment role within Marketing, Operations and Partnerships.
• Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
• You are hungry, scrappy and flexible enough to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
• You have experience building and executing against a pipeline of targets
• You are an amazing colleague and you strive for having phenomenal collaboration across teams, functions, and locations
• You possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills and can drive the recruitment process with little oversight
