At Merge, we revolutionize the way B2B companies integrate. Unfamiliar with the integration problem? The average company expects to spend hundreds of hours a year integrating with dozens or more vendors. Alignment between sales, partnerships, product management, design, engineering, and customer success (a lot, right?) is absolutely critical — and a major headache. Integrations are a to-do that goes on and on.

Our Unified API empowers developers to offer integrations with hundreds of platforms instantly. Now we’re hiring for you: an ambitious leader ready to help build, design, and support enterprise-grade software scaled to millions of users.

Are you ready to be part of a team redefining how companies build for the future? Apply now!

ABOUT the role

How do we strategize on which integrations to add to our Unified API? How do we optimize the process with which we add new integrations? How do we decide what our APIs look like?

It’s simple: Our Platform team.

The Merge Platform team has a mission is to act as the vanguard of our integration capabilities. We accomplishes this by focusing on two critical areas: integration strategy (scoping and building new integrations) and product operations (integration quality and testing).

At the heart of Merge's product is our Unified API; the data that developers access from over 45+ integrations that we offer. We’re constantly thinking about new platforms we can add as part of our integrations. Whether this means designing new tooling for internal use, adding or expanding new categories of B2B integrations we can offer, the Platform team ensures that our customers are able to get the most comprehensive suite of integrations possible.

You will:

  • Lead projects related to product operations, data quality, and product experience
  • Build, maintain, and become a product owner of all of our integrations
  • Scoping new features, categories, and strategic integrations that will help Merge become a leader in this space
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales & customer success, product, and partnerships
  • Manage and work on our integrations strategy, prioritization, and customer request pipeline
  • Unblock and support your team of peers including engineers, designers, product managers, and business operators

  • Unlimited PTO + 10 company holidays
  • Quality health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401K Plan
  • $200 one-time home office stipend
  • Free dinner when working past 7pm

  • Strong technical understanding - preferably in the form of coding experience and / or an undergraduate degree in Computer science or similar quantitative field.
  • Strong bias to action & preference for being hands on - Platform works on powering mission-critical integrations for our customers, so we’re not afraid to jump in and become owners.
  • Excellent communication skills - previous B2B customer-facing experience is a nice to have
