We’re a lean team spread across North America, making an impact on the way small businesses can save. We’re looking for a full-time SMB Concierge Manager to join our team and analyze the businesses we support at a granular level. This position reports directly to the CEO and founder and will be an integral part of building Mercantile and it's product from the ground up.

As the SMB Concierge manager at Mercantile, you will:

  1. Save our cardholders time and money.
  2. Partner with SMB owners to ensure they have a fantastic experience
  3. Use our system and the data to proactively provide helpful insights and recommendations to business owners.

You could be a fit if you have:

  1. Experience in a customer-focused role in the small business space
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail combined with good business judgment
  3. Clear and empathetic verbal and written communication skills
  4. Hands-on and highly entrepreneurial
  5. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
  6. High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client needs
  7. Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends
  8. Experience building and managing a team to fulfill client needs

Bonus points if you have:

  1. Deep knowledge of small businesses
  2. Experience working in 'fly-over' states
  3. A strong passion for something (could be anything!)
