ABOUT the role

The Senior Manager of Product Marketing role is an opportunity to own and drive Guidewheel’s Product Marketing strategy from the start. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with the founders and leadership team to build Product Marketing from the ground up and build the foundation for a terrific marketing engine and organization overall.


  • Define and execute Product Marketing strategy to drive Guidewheel’s immediate and long-term growth in line with company strategy.
  • Create compelling messaging that connects buyer pain points with Guidewheel solutions.
  • Build the foundation for a terrific Marketing engine and high-performing team. Work with Leadership team to implement processes, tech stack and analytics that make marketing data-driven and aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product to build and evangelize relevant messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • Create effective marketing collateral (e.g., webinars, blogs, whitepapers) and sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, cheat sheets, demo scripts) to support go-to-market.
  • Develop and execute launch plans for new product features or initiatives, working closely with product, sales, and customer success.
  • Establish target metrics, in collaboration with the leadership team, along with a strategic, data-driven budget, and be owning and actively building towards those metrics.
  • Effectively employ Product Marketing to drive revenue and category creation goals. Develop a solid understanding of the customer and industry and be using that to improve our messaging and positioning.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to define strategy for pricing/packaging and help Product Marketing thoughtfully inform the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with Demand Gen to define, measure, and actively build to ensure great, qualified leads in the pipeline that match our Ideal Customer Persona.

The Location:

Anywhere! Guidewheel is a distributed team across 5 countries - our expectation is to remain 100% remote-first for the foreseeable future. For this role, you’ll be working with a team on North American time zones.
