ABOUT the role

We're looking for an experienced go-to-market recruiter to grow our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience/Success teams (and beyond) as we build our GTM engine. As the first Recruiter on our team, you will personally identify, attract, and close world-class talent that will drive our growth. You will also create a strong foundation for the recruiting function to scale our company.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Create and set the tone for the recruiting function at Guidewheel.
  • Full-cycle recruiting for multiple business teams (from sourcing to closing).
  • Be an advisor, consultant, and partner to our leaders to understand hiring objectives and customize recruiting strategies to achieve hiring goals.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple searches and partnerships across a wide range of foundational roles.
  • Manage and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial touch point through the offer stage.
  • Drive effective and scalable hiring processes, continuing to fine-tune the best approaches to sourcing, structured hiring, and interviewer calibration.

The Location:

Anywhere! Guidewheel is a distributed team across 5 countries - our expectation is to remain 100% remote-first for the foreseeable future. For this role, you’ll be working with a team on North American time zones.



  • 3-5+ years full-cycle business recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a successful track record in hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience/Success. Bonus if you've overseen technical roles as well!
  • A passion for helping people find their next great opportunity. Along the way building teams, working cross functionally and relentlessly delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Experience building trusting relationships with senior business leaders to drive strategic hiring decisions.
  • An innate curiosity that drives you to dive deep and ask right the questions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention-to-detail and impeccable follow-through.
