We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, and compassionate Customer Success Associate to work for Empowerly full time. We are looking for an adaptive, technologically savvy professional who is able to wear many hats and thrive in a fast paced environment.

You will be an early employee at a seed stage startup and will be a strong contributor to reaching our milestones to raise Series A funding.

ABOUT the role


You will:

  • Work as a Community Manager to support the Empowerly community, providing quick resolutions to inquiries and issues
  • Onboard new students and families and provide high touch customer support as needed
  • Provide phone and email support using CRM tools
  • Represent Empowerly’s brand to current and prospective customers
  • Assist with Product, Operations, and Sales on new company wide initiatives

ABOUT you


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and operations related roles

Nice to haves:

  • Previous startup industry experience, preferably in administration or operations
  • Experience working with students and families in an education environment
  • Experience with phone and customer support tools such as Aircall and ZenDesk
  • Ability to multi-task
