Courier is hiring a Director of Product Management to help us build the future of software-to-human communication. You will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, user stories, timelines, and implementation strategy for the Courier platform, as well as building and leading our product & design teams.
This role reports directly to the CEO and you will collaborate closely with our CTO for resourcing. On a typical day, you will be talking to customers, forming go-to-market strategy with the executive team, and collaborating on key technical architecture/resourcing decisions.

Location: This role is flexible - work some days from home and some days from our office in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco, or be in another state entirely.
Visas: Courier cannot apply for new visas for candidates but can transfer existing visas (please allow up to 8 weeks for the transfer after an offer letter is signed.)
